We are seeking a seasoned
Project Manager
to lead the design and delivery of large-scale projects within the hydropower and dams sector. This role requires a hands-on problem solver with strong leadership and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multidisciplinary teams through project life cyclesfrom planning and feasibility to final design and construction support. Manage scope, budget, schedule, and resources across multiple concurrent projects. Foster strong working relationships with team members, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure quality and compliance with internal policies and industry standards. Support business growth through mentoring, succession planning, and talent development. Qualifications:
15+ years of relevant experience in project management within hydropower or dam-related infrastructure. Bachelors degree in civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, or electrical engineering. PE and/or PMP certification preferred. Proven success in leading teams, managing clients, and delivering high-value projects. Strong communication, risk management, and financial oversight capabilities.
