Job Description

Responsible for testing and improving automated mechanisms, equipment, and systems. Utilizes software for programming PLCs and robotics in line with the technological needs of manufacturing processes. Manages various internal and/or external resources for programming, installation, and configuration tasks related to automated processes. Additionally, oversees connectivity configuration, provides technician training, and handles troubleshooting of complex issues

Programming: Utilize software for programming PLCs and robotics, aligning with the technological needs of manufacturing processes.10%

Connectivity Configuration: Oversee connectivity configuration to send data to databases using a web-based interface, ensuring effective communication and data flow.20%

Testing and Improvement: Test and enhance automated mechanisms, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.20%

Technician Training: Develop and deliver training programs for technicians and operators on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation systems and robotics.10%

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to automated systems, robotics, and connectivity, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams a 20%

Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of automation systems, including system configurations, wiring diagrams, and training materials.10%

Software Backup Creation and Management: Implement and manage backup processes for automation software to ensure data integrity and quick recovery in case of system failures.10%

Qualifications: Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree - Electrical Engineer - required

8 years of experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, Ability, Training, Experience, etc.

Proficiency*

PLC Programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradlley, Rexroth, Omron)- Senior

Robot Programming (Fanuc, Staubli, Kawasaki, Denso, ABB)- Senior

Knowledge in pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Intermediate

Knowledge in physical instrumentation (peripheral systems, sensors, and actuators).Intermediate

Electric Diagram Entry

Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) Entry

Use of agile tools (Scrum) in manufacturing projects and in setting group goals. Entry

Experience participating in relocation projects and new product development.Entry
