Duties and Responsibilities:Study new part NPI (model, timing, DBRFM, etc.)Develop test plan per DBRFM, part requirements and perform testsEstablish part history card for new partVerify production readiness through production trial1st incoming inspection, verify inspection planStudy incoming inspection standard, develop new starts for new partsVerify NCP contents and distribute to Material team and suppliersReview NCR reply and determine acceptable or additional action neededTrack NCR response timingEnsure suppliers are responding by the NCR due date and take action if delayedCalculate supplier line defect PPM, lot NG rate and report to local suppliersAudit local suppliers including HSMS and Safety items.
