Duties and Responsibilities:Study new part NPI (model, timing, DBRFM, etc.)Develop test plan per DBRFM, part requirements and perform testsEstablish part history card for new partVerify production readiness through production trial1st incoming inspection, verify inspection planStudy incoming inspection standard, develop new starts for new partsVerify NCP contents and distribute to Material team and suppliersReview NCR reply and determine acceptable or additional action neededTrack NCR response timingEnsure suppliers are responding by the NCR due date and take action if delayedCalculate supplier line defect PPM, lot NG rate and report to local suppliersAudit local suppliers including HSMS and Safety items. Track findings to completionReview time check procedures per drawing and standardReview time check results and confirm results are distributed in a timely mannerKnow first part approval standard and create test plans as requestedAssign test plan and schedule inspector, review/approve resultsStudy ECO standard workflowSupport leads, inspectors to verify ECO changes on first part incoming inspectionSupport quarterly ECO auditKnow supplier 4M process and approve part 4M requestsSupport 4M approval process through GQMS as requiredKnow Production Part Inspection StandardCalculate, analyze production part lot NG rateVerify NCR contents and distribute to Material team and suppliersMonitor dashboard and investigate any red signal equipmentDocument issues and corrective action for top red signal issuesPrepare and present IQC/SQA Quality Meeting materialStudy XRF reporting system XIMStudy the important/safety parts weekly planStudy the ELT standard and test standard for each partMonitor the plan progress and clear any issues affecting the scheduleJob Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Bachelor of Science degree0-2+ years applicable experience in manufacturing quality or related industryMust be able to speak English and KoreanBenefits Offered Full-Time Employees:No-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.Auto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with several investment options.Generous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time.
