Program Manager Support
These positions are located in
Springfield, VA.
All positions require an active/current
TS/SCI security
clearance
and be willing and able to pass an additional
polygraph
as needed.
As a
Program Manager Support, specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Duties:
Oversee subordinate technical and administrative leads.
Responsible for long-range planning for all aspects of program performance.
Responsible for the security of personnel, finance, and other duties that the lead Program Manager cannot perform in their capacity.
Develop and present effective technical presentations to senior management and to technical/non-technical audiences; must possess strong written and verbal communications skills.
Skills and Experience:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of experience in Management and specializing in managing resources, staffing, and costs supporting a Government contract.
Experience scoping level-of-effort for tasks and providing accurate costs and resource estimates.
Experience developing and delivering contract deliverables.
Capable of working individually, collaboratively, and report to a department head.
Contributes to complex aspects of projects and conduct root cause problem analysis to develop technical solutions.
Desired:
Mid-level experience in the field of Program Manager Support or related fields with the skills to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
4+ years of experience in one or more disciplines of Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or Business, or other related fields.
