Join Our Team as an Endpoint AdministratorWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Endpoint Administrator to oversee the configuration, management, and maintenance of endpoint devices across the organization, with a focus on Distribution Center technology and both Windows and Apple environments.
This role is instrumental in leveraging tools such as Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Configuration Manager, Jamf, and others to implement and enforce policies, automate software deployments, and ensure endpoint security and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering a consistent and secure user experience.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
The Endpoint Administrator is responsible for configuration, management, and maintenance of endpoints throughout the organization. This will include an emphasis on distribution center technology, as well as Windows and Apple devices for all departments in the org.
This is primarily accomplished through the use and configuration of automation tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Autopilot, Jamf, Apple Business Essentials, and SOTI. Through creating and enforcing policy, automating software deployments, and providing ITSM services, the Endpoint Administrator works to establish a streamlined user experience while adhering to security practices and licensing agreements.
Use Automation tools to create and enforce endpoint policies * (25%)
Package software for automated deployment to endpoints * (25%)
Perform ITSM tasks (Incident/Problem Management, Request Fulfillment, change management, knowledge/documentation) as related to endpoint * (20%)
Respond to and proactively mitigate vulnerabilities/CVEs and malware * (15%)
Test hardware/software for compatibility/performance issues and make recommendations based on findings * (10%)
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned * (5%)

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Hands-on practical experience directly supporting/maintaining endpoint devices
Experience utilizing toolsets such as Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, and Jamf to create/enforce policy (including Mobile Device/Application Management)
Experience utilizing platforms such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Jamf to manage/configure endpoints in an enterprise environment (Windows and MacOS)
Understanding of networking and related technologies/standards (such as LAN/WAN, routers, WiFi, and VPN)
High school diploma or GED
Two years of professional IT experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Functional understanding of scripting languages (emphasis on Powershell)
Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
Jamf Associate
Associate degree
Experience performing endpoint administration duties in an enterprise
Two years of experience providing technical support
