Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Social Worker/ Counselor with experience in a community-based program, along with a solid understanding of the needs and challenges faced by patients with severe and persistent mental illness.
Job Role:
Conduct drug and alcohol assessments. Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive residential treatment programs for clients. Follow clinical and administrative procedures while documenting. Prepare reports, and ensure continuous program improvement. Adhere to safety guidelines, maintain certifications, and comply with healthcare regulations and standards. Requirements:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Supervised clinical experience with clients facing both substance abuse and mental health challenges. Unsupervised licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or a similar certification in mental health or addiction counseling. Benefits:
