Summary:
The Café Manager is responsible for managing the Little Trees Café, an on-site café serving our employees and their guests. The Café Manager works with a team to prepare fresh, healthy breakfast and lunch items each day. The position also oversees the cleaning staff in all Watertown facilities.
Responsibilities:
Develop healthy and delicious breakfast and lunch menus. Prepare, cook, and serve breakfast and lunch items. Purchase food, beverages, and supplies. Oversee Café operations, ensuring consistent excellent results in a fast-paced environment. Develop policies and procedures to ensure consistent high standards and efficiency. Understanding, managing and practicing safe food handling procedures. Manage Café and Cleaning Teams, including hiring, training, scheduling and termination. Manage delivery of food and supplies using company vehicles to the Little Trees manufacturing plant and warehouse. Requirements:
2+ years experience cooking in a restaurant 1+ year experience managing a food and beverage operation ServSafe certification or equivalent Valid driver's license
Salary: $72,500 - $90,000 DOE
