Design and develop rules applications using Agile and SCRUM Methodology Development Develop decision automation solutions using IBM ODM Testing Test and simulate rules in Decision Validation services Debugging Debug rules projects Deployment Deploy decision services Integration Integrate decision services into business applications Rule extraction Harvest and extract rules from existing legacy systems Some skills and experience that are useful for a Java/ODM developer include: Knowledge of Java, J2EE, Web Services, XML, DB, and Unix/Linux Experience working with ODM and Websphere Experience working with business users Experience with test driven development Experience in a continuous integration environment Strong communications skills Familiarity with object models and APIs
