We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our Imagine Practice Management System. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, practice management software, and revenue cycle processes. The Product Owner will serve as the driver between stakeholders, development teams, and end users to ensure the Imagine system is fully optimized in supporting our anesthesia and professional business. This leader needs to be a proactive leader seeking to leverage technology to optimize the business.

On a typical day, you will be responsible for...

System Analysis:

Analyze and evaluate existing Imagine systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization System Configuration:

Maintain the configuration and set up within Imagine and other leveraged systems to ensure optimal performance of the business, including monitoring SLAS, KPIS, and providing leadership insights Process Improvement:

Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and partner with leaders to drive improvements in RCM workflow platform to improve billing, coding, and collections processes by understanding the system capabilities Reporting:

Generate and analyze performance reports related to revenue cycle performance, providing insights and recommendations to management on effective dashboards and regular reports Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to healthcare billing and coding. Technical Support:

Provide technical support and training to staff on RCM systems and software Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including finance, IT, and clinical teams, to ensure seamless revenue cycle operations systems System Upgrades:

Assist in the planning and implementation of RCM system upgrades and new technology integrations Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve issues related to RCM systems and processes, minimizing disruptions to revenue cycle operations Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of RCM processes, systems, and procedures within the system Interfaces:

Partner with IT on required data integrations QA and Testing:

Define acceptance criteria and participate in user acceptance testing. Coordinate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of new features and integrations. Manage bug prioritization and resolution processes. Oversee system integrations with EMRs, clearinghouses, and payment processors Requirements

Who You Are!

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare billing, or a related field. Technical Skills:

Proficiency with RCM software and systems. Strong understanding of healthcare billing and coding practices. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Certifications:

Relevant certifications such as Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) are a plus
