Role: BA / Product Owner with TMS (Transportation Management System)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid) (Local candidates only)
Qualifications : • Bachelor's degree in business or related field • 10+ years' experience in business analysis or a related field. • Experience with web application development, API development and Integration processes and systems. • Strong SQL PL/SQL knowledge with data mining experience. • TMS(Transportation Management System) MUST • Experience using and maintaining WEB Applications • Experience with ticketing, workflow management systems and applications • Experience with system integrations and bug fixes. • Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders during daily activities and requirement gathering • bility to design end to end solutions along with the surrounding systems • Excellent documentation skills. • Competency in Agile and preparing business analysis documents, stories and test cases • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. • history of leading and supporting successful projects. • good communication and teamwork attitude is a must.
Responsibilities: • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing end to end solutions. • Participating in ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. • Updating, implementing, and maintaining the steady state (Keep business running) and enhancement tracks. Performing requirements analysis for these tracks. • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. • Working closely with clients, technicians and managerial staff. • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. • Performing user acceptance testing. • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. • Managing competing resources and priorities. • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
