What You’ll Do
Your future starts here! An Assembler at Royal is someone who enjoys working with their hands! In this role, you'll put together components or parts, creating a finished product! Based out of our Quincy facility in Hudsonville, this position reports directly to the team supervisor.
Current Openings:3rd Shift (12am-8am)
Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities
Produces finished components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies
Reading and comprehending
work instructions
Uses hand tools and machines to assemble
Completes Quality control checks
Labeling boxes
Maintain a neat and organized work area by following 5S requirements
Skills & Requirements
Ability to make rate (self paced)
Completion of required production paperwork
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Effective communication (reporting on issues and shortages)
Attention to detail
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks
Minimal bending and stooping
Ability to use fingers, hands and arms to complete a task (dexterity)
Hand-eye coordination
All employees must wear approved safety glasses
Starting Wage: $18.15/hour + quarterly bonuses
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience
Willing and able to work overtime
Able to lift 35 lbs
