Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced
MAWM Configuration Specialist
to join our team as a contract consultant for multiple long-term client projects. This is a senior-level role responsible for configuring and implementing Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) solutions, collaborating directly with Manhattan Associates, client delivery teams, and DC operations to deploy scalable and compliant next-generation architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead MAWM implementations for new and existing DCs (Distribution Centers)
Perform hands-on configuration of the MAWM application to align with business requirements and customizations
Partner with internal and client-side teams to design, develop, and deploy new capabilities
Deliver scalable, future-compliant architecture in coordination with enterprise solution architects
Create detailed technical documentation and system diagrams for solution enhancements
Utilize Manhattan tools and modules such as Slotting Optimization, LMS, SCI Reporting, MIF/DIF
Write and analyze SQL queries to support functional validation and troubleshooting
Translate operational needs into functional configuration and data design
Maintain a high level of client confidentiality and professionalism
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of WMS implementation experience, including
5+ years with Manhattan Active WM (MAWM)
Minimum
3 years as a Consultant/Sr. Consultant
on MAWM implementations
Multiple full-cycle MAWM implementations
including configuration and validation
Proficient in reading and writing SQL
Experience in solution evaluation, validation, and deployment within supply chain environments
Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Preferred Education
Bachelors or advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations or equivalent industry experience
