to join the team with ERC, a teammate company.
The
Deputy Systems Manager -
Human Lander System (HLS)
will:
Support the Human Landing System (HLS) Computer Human Interface (CHI) System Management (SM) team in overseeing and advising HLS contractors in development, test, and certification activities.
Perform integrated analysis of the CHI system, hardware, and software in relation to other HLS systems, the operational environment, and other interfacing spacecraft.
Manage CHI requirements and verifications, including integrated analysis and decomposition.
Refine and communicate CHI subsystem architectures and assess impacts of HLS design changes and other NASA and contractor decisions.
Refine and communicate CHI subsystem architectures and assess impacts of HLS design changes and other NASA and contractor decisions.
Identify, communicate, and track CHI risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication and integrated analysis with other NASA programs affecting HLS.
Maintain productive working relationships with diverse technical teams, including engineering, safety, flight operations, crew office, and module providers.
Work and present schedule and progress to customers
Must have good communication and organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Perform other duties as required
