In this part-time role, you'll provide critical clinical oversight, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with an exceptional team of aesthetic professionals to deliver safe, high-quality guest care.Job Type: Part-Time (8 hours/week)Salary: $50,000-$60,000 total annual compensationWhy Join Chapter Aesthetic Studio?Flexible, low-hour commitment (8 hours/week; 4 hours on-site per studio weekly)Competitive compensationConsistent schedule with no overnight or holiday shiftsOpportunity to influence the future of aesthetic careSupportive and mission-driven cultureDiscounted aesthetic services and productsBe part of a rapidly growing, physician-supported brand within The Aspen GroupWhat You'll Do:Provide clinical oversight and supervision to licensed aesthetic providers (NPs, RNs, LPNs, Estheticians)Personally assess and verify provider qualifications for delegated aesthetic proceduresEnsure services are performed within providers' scopes of practice and under appropriate supervisionConduct on-site, in-studio supervision (4 hours/week per location)Review at least 10% of patient charts for procedures performed by supervised providersOversee training, safety, and proper use of medical technologiesDevelop protocols for emergency response and injury careEnsure accurate informed consent and documentation is maintainedProvide real-time consultation (in person or virtual) for urgent care needsCollaborate closely with the Managing Clinical Director (NP) to oversee clinical staffEnsure provider credentials are properly documented and displayedSubmit required documentation to the Medical Board when requestedWhat We're Looking For:Active, unrestricted Iowa medical licenseExperience in or strong familiarity with medical aesthetic servicesReside within 60 miles of Coralville and Davenport studiosAvailability for in-person and electronic support for providersStrong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skillsCommitment to regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and patient safetyA collaborative mindset and desire to mentor and support clinical teamsAbout Chapter Aesthetic Studio:Chapter Aesthetic Studio is a premier provider of medical aesthetic care where personalized beauty meets clinical expertise.
