Provide a short description of the Position: Software Architect will be required to analyze, design and development COBOL programs for Data Quality issues.
Provide a list of the day to day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: Based on a set of business requirements the Software Architect Expert will be required to define data requirements and write application specifications and design for data transformation. Programs will be written in Cobol based on the requirements for a COTS vendor solution. Unit testing is required as well as writing test plans for the implementation of remediations for data quality issues. When testing is completed, the Software Architect Expert will be required to migrate the programs to the production environment and perform post-production validation of the implementation.
