Cloud Finance Business Analyst
Must-Have * 8 to 12+ years of experience in business analyst/ERP implementation * Proven track record of leading successful ERP projects * Strong understanding of ERP Cloud systems, modules (GL/AP/AR/FA/CM/Tax) and with good understanding of Business Process Flows * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plans * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and integration methodologies. * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plans * Responsible for requirement gathering, designing and solutioning on Finance Cloud ERP.
Good-to-Have • Knowledge of Agile and tools like JIRA, Flexdeploy • Should have good Communication skills and analytical skills. • Interact with business users and understand the business requirements to convert them into technical specifications and strong data analysis skills to close the gaps in the project. • Attitude to learn new technologies depending on Project need. • Should be able to work independently.
Salary Range- $110,000-$130,000 a year
