Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Survey CAD Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in translating raw field data into precise, high-quality deliverables such as ALTA surveys, plats, and construction staking diagrams. You'll collaborate closely with surveyors, engineers, and field crews to ensure the accuracy and integrity of every project.

Key Responsibilities Produce survey drawings, maps, and plats using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software. Interpret field-collected survey data to generate accurate construction layouts, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and staking diagrams. Assist in preparing topographic and boundary survey plans. Collaborate with surveyors and engineers to verify and finalize project deliverables. Ensure adherence to CAGE drafting standards and regulatory requirements. Review and validate survey data for completeness and accuracy. Support field crews through data processing and troubleshooting as needed. Help maintain and evolve CAD standards and drafting processes. Qualifications
Associate degree or technical certification in CAD, surveying, civil engineering, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in survey drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred). Strong understanding of land surveying principles and instruments. Ability to read and interpret field notes, plats, and engineering plans. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or on a team. Familiarity with GPS, total stations, and field equipment is a plus. Physical ability to occasionally assist field teams and lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 The salary range provided is a general guideline. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and overall alignment with the role and company needs. Bonus opportunities tied to performance Health & Wellness
