Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Location: Hackettstown, NJ
Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $19-20/Hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri
Responsibilities:
Assemble and align electro-optical systems and mechanical subassemblies
Perform light electronic wiring and cable fabrication
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and detailed assembly drawings
Build and test thru-hole printed circuit boards
Conduct final testing and calibration of instruments
Follow work instructions and maintain an organized workspace
Assist with general production tasks and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
3-5 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
Basic to intermediate computer skills; MS Office knowledge preferred
Associate degree or equivalent preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic
