Keeler Automotive Holdings
Support Specialist
Genesis of Ridgefield | Norwalk, CT
An
entry-level
elite support role designed for future leaders.
Genesis of Ridgefield is not a traditional dealership. We are a high-performance, growth-focused operation backed by
Keeler Automotive Holdings , a family-run organization with over five decades of excellence and expansion. Our mission is to build a culture defined by operational discipline, customer-first execution, and internal leadership development.
We are hiring a full-time
Support Specialist —a highly capable, adaptable professional responsible for supporting every facet of dealership operations. This role is designed for individuals who are ready to take ownership, learn across departments, and grow into leadership. You won’t be siloed. You’ll be everywhere—and that’s the point.
What You’ll Do As a Support Specialist, you are the connective tissue of the dealership, ensuring that people, vehicles, and processes move in sync across departments. You will work directly with senior management, sales, service, and marketing to execute frontline tasks and behind-the-scenes responsibilities with precision, urgency, and professionalism.
This role requires high attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to maintain standards in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle & Lot Operations
Manage vehicle flow across the dealership, including delivery prep, staging, and inventory movement.
Maintain showroom and lot presentation to brand standards
Conduct quality checks and final visual inspections prior to customer handoff
Coordinate vehicle transport to vendors, other stores, and customer locations when needed
Customer Support & Delivery Execution
Assist in the setup and execution of vehicle deliveries, including paperwork coordination, accessory installation, vehicle charging/prep, and concierge-level handoffs.
Provide on-site valet and shuttle support for clients as needed
Deliver high-touch service and maintain a professional presence in all customer interactions
Internal Support & Administrative Execution
Support internal teams (sales, service, finance) with logistical and operational needs, including supply runs, registration drop-offs, and vendor pickups.
Coordinate with accounting and inventory managers to maintain accurate vehicle status and support write-down and demo tracking.
Assist with vendor scheduling and internal appointment prep
Participate in store opening/closing responsibilities, maintaining cleanliness, readiness, and compliance
Event & Brand Execution
Support the dealership during on-site events, off-site activations, and community initiatives.
Assist with event setup, logistics, vehicle staging, and breakdown
Serve as an ambassador of the Genesis brand—representing the company with professionalism and pride in all external settings
Who Thrives in This Role We are looking for someone who sees this position as an entry-level
pathway, not a placeholder . The ideal candidate is:
Highly accountable, organized, and dependable under pressure
Comfortable navigating changing priorities and juggling responsibilities across teams
Personable and polished, with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
Interested in growing within the automotive industry, dealership operations, or leadership roles
A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs, not just reacts to them
Capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and representing the dealership with pride
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet throughout the day
Prior experience in dealership operations, hospitality, logistics, or customer service is a plus
Must be willing to work full-time, including some Saturdays and event days as needed
What We Offer
A startup dealership environment with real-time access to leadership, cross-department learning, and visibility
Opportunities for advancement into roles in operations, inventory management, marketing, or fixed ops leadership
Full-time benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts
Competitive compensation based on experience and performance
