A nationally respected design-build contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing leadership team. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from

preconstruction through closeout , ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Driving full-cycle project delivery-from bid review to final turnover Developing and maintaining

project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and site logistics plans Interpreting and implementing owner contract requirements , ensuring compliance and clarity across the team Leading

preconstruction meetings , coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams for alignment on milestones and responsibilities Managing

subcontractor buyout , including scope definition, contract negotiations, and schedule integration Overseeing project documentation, including

RFIs, submittals, change orders, and design revisions Coordinating commissioning activities , including punch list management and building start-up procedures Collaborating closely with field operations, clients, and internal teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and drive jobsite progress What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field - or equivalent industry experience 5+ years leading industrial/commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $30M+ Strong knowledge of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and safety regulations Proven ability to drive project schedules, manage budgets, and solve problems proactively Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset Proficient in Microsoft Project, CMiC, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software What We Offer Competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Generous paid time off and company holidays Ongoing career development, leadership training, and mentorship A people-first culture that values your perspective and experience
