Be the Lead Nurse Supervisor You've Always Wanted to Be
Your journey includes:
Helping to develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
Acting as a vital link between administration, nursing management, and staff.
Overseeing nursing care, treatments, and services during your assigned shifts or within specific units.
Managing staff through feedback, evaluations, performance counseling, and discipline.
Providing direct patient care as needed and building meaningful patient relationships to support successful recovery.
Celebrating each patient's progress and victories along their path to recovery.
Qualifications
Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
BLS certification; ACLS certification required within one year of starting.
CRRN certification to be obtained within a year based on eligibility.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
At least two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
Prior leadership experience as a charge nurse or similar roles focusing on team direction and patient care accountability.
