SUMMARY: Assembles metal products partially or completely, working at bench or on shop floor by performing the following duties in reasonable & productive time frames. Assembler will be putting together a new product line for cloud cooling systems. these are 6-14 feet tall and enclose all the wiring and fans to cool cloud systems for various companies. 7 types of cooling units. Assembler will need to know or be able and willing to learn to use Hand tools, measuring tape, take verbal instructions, and read work instructions.
NON Negotiables- ALL LEVELS: Cannot be afraid of heights/tight spaces (claustrophobic)
From Client: (Assembler Apprentice will not require print reading experience or previous manufacturing experience. Just a good attitude, someone who is willing to learn and will be at work every day. Apprentices will start at $15 and will need to be presented as “Apprentice”)
LEVEL 1: $15-16 assembly experience hand tool experience SAP/Access portal/work order experience
LEVEL 2: $16.50-18 Assembly experience Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/8th inch. Ability to read a blue print Must be able to follow verbal instructions. Must be able to use hand tools SAP/Access portal/work order experience
Clean Pack: $15-15.50 (2) Prepare unit for Shipment clean and insulate and wrap get smaller assembly parts together and make sure all parts are accounted for weigh product quality and attention to detail is key

Extrusion (cutting aluminum to drawing specifications (tolerances within .015) is the only difference EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education & experience

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
