This role supports testing for SDKs that reach over 100 million users across hundreds of mobile apps on behalf of the world's most recognizable advertisers. You'll join a collaborative QA team dedicated to high-quality delivery and continuous learning. This is a full-time position with the option to work from our NYC headquarters. Jun Group will only consider candidates who are currently legally authorized to work in the United States.Responsibilities includeExecute test plans and test cases for mobile SDKs, web platforms, and internal toolsIdentify, document, and track bugs through resolution in collaboration with developers and product managersPerform regression, exploratory, and integration testing on real mobile devices and emulatorsValidate ad behavior, event tracking, and attribution across various ad formats (e.g., banner, video, rewarded)Assist in maintaining accurate QA documentation and test artifactsParticipate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and QA retrospectivesCommunicate progress, issues, and risks clearly with QA leadership and other stakeholdersLearn and apply QA best practices to improve test coverage, efficiency, and consistencyTest across different browsers and mobile OS versions to ensure cross-platform compatibilityHere are a few indicators that you're the right personHave an eye for detail and a passion for finding bugsAre naturally curious and enjoy understanding how things workEnjoy troubleshooting and clearly communicating how to reproduce issuesTake ownership of quality and advocate for the end-user experienceWork well in a fast-paced, collaborative, Agile environmentThrive when working on multiple projects simultaneouslyQualifications0-3 years of manual QA experience, ideally including mobile app testing (iOS and Android)Understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycleExperience testing across various browsers, devices, and screen resolutionsAbility to inspect logs, debug network calls, and reproduce defects in mobile environmentsComfort with API testing basics and understanding how front-end and back-end interactStrong verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and growNice to Haves (not required):Exposure to ad tech, mobile advertising SDKs, or MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust)Understanding of cookie/local storage behavior, dev tools, or incognito browser nuancesExperience working with Agile/Scrum teamsPassion for QA automation or interest in growing toward test scriptingSome company benefits includeCompetitive PayWork Life Balance & Hybrid Work LifeHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance Mental Health ResourcesVolunteer OpportunitiesGreater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy.
