In this leadership position, you will be instrumental in establishing a cutting-edge engineering function that delivers impactful AI solutions for our clients. You will set the technical vision, architect the full tech stack, and build a talented cross-functional team to develop high-performance systems. Your responsibilities will include writing and reviewing clean, scalable code, deploying innovative LLM-based systems, and optimizing DevOps pipelines. As a leader, you will set engineering standards, hire exceptional talent, and collaborate closely with product, design, and AI researchers to define the company’s long-term technical roadmap and product vision. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior technical or leadership role, particularly in a fast-paced or client-facing environment. Strong backend or full-stack development skills, expert-level proficiency in Python, and hands-on experience with LLMs are crucial. A solid foundation in DevOps practices, including Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms, is required. Familiarity with RAG, LangChain, or vector databases is an added advantage. You must possess a demonstrated ability to lead and scale remote engineering teams, along with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
