Quality Inspector
who thrives in a hands-on environment and understands the importance of quality standards in a manufacturing setting. What You'll Do: Interpret and inspect mechanical components based on
engineering drawings and blueprints
Perform
in-coming, in-process, and final inspections
to ensure compliance with all dimensional and visual standards
Use
standard quality inspection tools
(calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) to verify part tolerances
Analyze and interpret
GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
specifications
Collaborate with Engineering and Production to resolve quality issues
Accurately document inspection results and
enter data into a quality management system
Create and manage
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
for defective materials or components
Ensure all parts meet
Quality Control procedures and industry standards
What You Bring:
Working knowledge of
Quality Control principles and inspection procedures
Experience reading
blueprints, schematics, and GD&T callouts
Strong documentation and communication skills
Familiarity with quality systems and
non-conformance tracking
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
