Conduct code reviews, enhance performance, and ensure application responsiveness to maintain high-quality standards.
Participate in architectural design reviews and project planning, contributing your insights for strategic improvements.
Mentor and guide fellow developers, demonstrating leadership in cross-functional development processes.
Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure consistent practices and timely project completion.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant programming experience.
4+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, particularly with enterprise solutions using the Spring framework.
Strong expertise in REST web services, microservice architectures, Git, JPA, SQL, JSON, SOAP, XML, and code versioning tools.
Proficient understanding of caching, service discovery, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies.
