Product Strategy & Vision Define and execute the product roadmap for AI/ML-powered features that streamline clinical documentation, quality assurance, and care coordination. Identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce clinician burden and improve operational throughput using intelligent automation. AI/ML Product Development
Collaborate with data science, engineering, and clinical teams to design and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions. Translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive, impactful product experiences for care teams and patients. Clinical & Operational Impact
Lead initiatives such as ambient documentation, real-time transcription, and automated quality checks to improve care delivery and compliance. Ensure solutions align with clinical workflows, regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA), and patient-centered care principles. Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with stakeholders across product, clinical operations, engineering, and customer success to bring products from concept to launch. Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and clinical users, ensuring alignment and adoption. Measurement & Optimization
Define success metrics and continuously evaluate product performance through data, feedback, and experimentation. Iterate rapidly to improve usability, accuracy, and efficiency of AI/ML features. Experience & Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare technology. Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-powered web and mobile products, ideally in clinical or operational healthcare settings. Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, leading the concept creation, development, and launch of market-facing products in an iterative development process (agile methodology, Scrum, MVP). Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), EHR systems, and regulatory frameworks. Experience with NLP, LLMs, conversational AI, speech-to-text, and machine learning applications in healthcare. Customer-centric mindset: demonstrated ability to work closely and directly with customers of all levels to identify needs and deliver solutions. Proven success in fast-paced settings with demanding timelines
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in a technical, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications: Experience with ambient scribing, automated documentation, or clinical decision support tools. Familiarity with chronic condition management and value-based care models. Background in clinical informatics or working directly with healthcare providers.
