Responsibilities • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients navigating perinatal mood disorders, parenting challenges, and life transitions. • Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including obstetricians, pediatricians, and other care providers. • Stay updated on best practices in maternal mental health through professional development. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. • Current licensure in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC (LCSW-C, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent). Licensure in multiple jurisdictions is a plus! • Specialized training or experience in maternal mental health, perinatal mood disorders, or related areas preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach. • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in mental health care.
