This is how you will grow:

Mechanical Integration: Analyze and interpret drawing releases for assigned components. Perform comprehensive mechanical integration tolerance analysis for the main system and its integration within the vehicle. Identify and address potential mechanical integration issues proactively. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth component integration. HIT (Headform Impact Test) failure analysis and display improvement Verification & Validation (V&V):

Participate in V&V testing of components, the main system, and the final vehicle. Analyze V&V test failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Ensure all V&V test results meet established requirements and quality standards. Component Design and Analysis:

Conduct weight simulations for assigned components to optimize system performance. Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles in component design. Develop Measurement & Tolerance (MtD) plans for accurate component measurement. Perform component tolerance analysis to ensure proper functionality and assembly. Component tolerance analysis and weight reduction PFMEA Integration:

Review and understand Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) for assigned components and the main system. Proactively identify potential failure modes and implement preventative measures during the design and integration phases. Requirements
