About the Role We are on the lookout for a transformative leader to join our team as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations. In this pivotal role, you will architect and spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at driving business expansion, enhancing product offerings, and establishing a robust domestic presence. Your leadership will be crucial in setting the vision and overseeing all facets of our supply chain and operations, including: Field Operations Manufacturing Engineering Maintenance Quality and Food Safety Planning Procurement Logistics This role demands balancing strategic foresight with hands-on execution. Your primary objectives will include: Developing and implementing growth-oriented strategies for our manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. Promoting the adoption of lean manufacturing best practices and continuous improvement methodologies. Fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred. At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, particularly in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence and financial acumen. Experience within a vertically integrated food or beverage manufacturing environment.
