to support
MTA Construction &Development (MTAC&D)
in its multi-year Digital Strategy Roadmap. You will own the end-to-end design, build, and sustainment of data and process integrations that connect OraclePrimaveraUnifier with PeopleSoft, PrimaveraP6, Impact, the Capital Accounting System, and related enterprise platforms-driving a unified, data-rich ecosystem for one of the nation's largest capital programs. Integration Architecture & Development Integrates enterprise systems and ensures seamless data flow between platforms. Design, configure, and implement integrations between OraclePrimaveraUnifier and PeopleSoft Financials / Supply Chain using
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
or an equivalent iPaaS recommended by MTAC&D. Develop REST/SOAP services, FBDI, EAI, Integration Broker, and ETL routines for data, metadata, and workflow synchronization across ERP, project controls, and legacy systems. Establish scalable, reusable integration patterns that support future applications and minimize technical debt. Data Governance & Reliability Define data-mapping, validation, and transformation rules to ensure consistency, accuracy, and referential integrity across all connected systems. Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated error-handling to achieve high availability and rapid incident resolution. Enforce cybersecurity and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, MTA InfoSec policies) for data in transit and at rest. Testing, Deployment & Support Build test plans (unit, SIT, UAT) and coordinate cut-over activities to migrate integrations from development to production with zero-defect tolerance. Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials for MTAC&D support teams. Provide post-go-live hyper-care, performance tuning, and continuous-improvement recommendations. Stakeholder & Change Management Partner with project controls, finance, IT security, and vendor teams to capture requirements, demo prototypes, and align deliverables with business processes. Lead workshops and deliver training to super-users, ensuring adoption of new integration functionality. Present status, risks, and mitigation strategies to MTAC&D's Digital Strategy leadership.
Requirements Experience: 7 years in enterprise systems integration, middleware, APIs.| Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Certifications: TOGAF, Microsoft/AWS/Azure certifications, ESRI or Hexagon integration credentials.
Hourly Rate Range:
$60-85/hr (Mid to Senior Level Positions)
