Job Description Sr Automation Anywhere Project Managers - on site

Looking to build a team with 2 experienced Automation Anywhere Project managers to work with an Architect and 4+ Developers. You have led multiple RPA projects for 2-5+ years of strong, real-world experience of Automation Anywhere. Having worked on a project involving "Community Development" and setting up a Center of Excellence(CoE). Training and evangilizing the RPA processes throughout the company to the business so that all parts of the business are leveraging the RPA software to the fullest for that business unit.

We are looking for a RPA 2 project managers to coordinate a team of 10 with Architect and Developers who will be responsible for the successful design and development of RPA solutions. You will coordinate in Agile methodology the stand ups and meetings with team and business teams. This project will design and develop Intelligent Automation solutions that leverage AI, Machine Learning and RPA which you are very familiar with. You are PMP or Scrum master certified or both.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

oversee the team who is translating the customer's business requirements into Intelligent Automation / RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions Leading the team as they Design, build, and configure applications utilizing automation tools to meet business process and application requirements Maintain proper project plans and oversee budgets along with documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios Participate in process reviews to ensure the highest level of process understanding prior to automation Help provide input on technical solutions, develop effort estimation, and define delivery strategy and plans Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and prioritize proposed solutions Perform detailed estimations of proposed automation process opportunities Provide post-Go-Live oversight and support to Operations throughout stabilization phase Required Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience working on RPA Solutions and projects Minimum 8-10+ years of overall IT development experience Prior PM with Automation Anywhere RPA projects preferably in Automation Anywhere 360 Competency and experience managing significant and effective scaled deployments Adept at process assessments, and understand applications of RPA in different business domains Strong experience overseeing previous Automation Anywhere Integration/ Interface projects with Microsoft Excel/ Microsoft Word/ Microsoft Outlook/ Adobe PDF/ Web-sites.

Excellent communication skills and client-facing interaction experience

Automation Anywhere Experience is a must-have skill-set for this position.

Program Steps

1. Define Citizen Development Framework. Define the goals and

objectives of the Citizen Development Program and confirm high

level responsibilities and characteristics of the organizational and

governance structures, including key future-state roles and

responsibilities.

2. Align program roles with Automation CoE Operating model.

Utilize the organization design of the Automation CoE and align

the Citizen Developer roles to fit within the governance

framework.

3. Develop training and certification program. Define the training

and certifications required by Citizen Developers, as well as any

minimum required development hours to maintain certification.

4. Build performance measurement framework & reporting

mechanisms. Define key performance indicators and metrics,

leveraging available technology to automate reporting process for

full framework of input, output and operational KPIs.
