We're looking for a Nurse Manager to join the Healthy Living Faith Clinic team at Kenneth Copeland Ministries! This role is part of a team that provides care to the employees of KCM and their families, combining faith and medicine.The selected individual will be employed by our vendor of choice, WeCare TLC, and will be an extension of our staff family. Please see below for job opening information from WeCare TLCWeCare tlc, has the opportunity for a skilled Nurse Manager to join our team and provide oversight for The Healthy Living Faith Clinic for the Kenneth Copeland Ministries. We promote open communication, transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement.The Nurse Manager will manage the Healthy Living Faith Clinic which provides services for employees and dependents of Kenneth Copeland Ministries. This role in located on the Kenneth Copeland Ministries campus in Newark, TX, with service hours being Monday - Fridays approximately 40 hours per week. The primary function of the Nurse Manager is to manage the day-to-day operations, assure that patient care coordination occurs in a timely and cost-effective manner, assist providers, and provide nursing coverage as needed and engage coaching for those members identified with higher health risk factors. The Nurse Manger, working with Clinical Leaders, is empowered to create and maintain an atmosphere of a patient-centered medical home model. The Nurse Manager shows dedication for improving population health and is responsible for working collaboratively with medical providers to drive positive health outcomes.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:•Excellent clinical skills and abilities•Superior written, oral, computer and interpersonal communication skills•Management and organizational skills•Ability to monitor quality control standards, analyze & interpret data, and prepare comprehensive reports•Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information•Possess strong interpersonal skills for positive and effective interaction with patients, visitors, physicians, and the health care team•Strong demonstrated ability in assessment, analytical decision making, and critical thinking•Proficient at coaching and motivational interviewing•Good organization, delegation, and communication skills to facilitate efficient patient carePrior Experience and Education •Active Registered Nurse License in the state of employment •Current active CPR certification•Bachelor of Science Nursing•Minimum of 3 years nursing experience •Minimum of 3 years nursing supervisory experience•Preferred: Certified Health Coach, Nurse Coach or Case ManagerIf you've got what it takes, we'll provide the rest:Competitive compensationRewarding work in a collaborative team environmentMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insuranceAccident, Legal, ID Theft, and Pet insurance401(k) Plan with company matchGenerous PTOCompany-sponsored health center If you want to join an organization you can be proud of, we'd like to talk to you!
