Inland Empire, CA Compensation:
$150,000 to $180,000 base salary Benefits:
100% employer-paid health benefits, vehicle allowance, and long-term growth potential We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a well-established general contractor with a strong pipeline of DSA, HCAI/OSHPD and other commercial projects across the Inland Empire out towards Moreno Valley. What Makes This Role Unique: Projects are concentrated throughout the Inland Empire, allowing you to stay closer to home while still working on meaningful, ground-up construction projects Company covers 100% of employee health benefits and offers long-term career stability Opportunity to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout with autonomy and support What You'll Be Doing: Manage all aspects of construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication Oversee field teams and support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout Maintain strong relationships with clients, subs, and internal teams to ensure quality execution Lead meetings, coordinate RFI/submittal flow, and ensure documentation is current and accurate Ideal Background: 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior PM in commercial or industrial construction Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Ground-up experience preferred Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and safety requirements Local market knowledge and a desire to stay close to home
