Role Description:

Key Responsibilities: • Understand existing supply chain processes and identify gaps or manual workarounds in the future ERP state. • Develop comprehensive training documentation for Oracle Cloud modules: • Order Management • Inventory• Purchasing• Forward Logistics • Reverse Logistics • Issue to Resolution (I2R) • Update standard operating procedures (within ERP) and process documentation outside of ERP( e.g. CRM) due to changes/impact. • Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to gather requirements and assess impacts. • Create user-friendly content for training programs • Review, edit, and finalize training content iterations produced by internal teams or vendors (e.g., PwC/OCM). • Facilitate and deliver training sessions (in-person and virtual) to end-users and extended
