Position Summary
Coordinates and administers a funded research study/activity or group of associated activities. Assists in project planning, and ensures that pre-established work scope, study protocol, and regulatory requirements are followed. Establishes and maintains budgets and fiscal controls for the project and assists in the development of grant proposals. Recruits and coordinates research subjects, as appropriate, and serves as principle administrative liaison for the project. Oversees and coordinates the provision of administrative and staff services to investigators; develops and maintains recordkeeping systems and procedures.

Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to a post-offer, pre-employment physical examination and medical history check. Additional health screenings may be required, dependent on the nature of the research conducted, as determined by Employee Occupational Health Services. Employees who provide services or work in patient care or clinical areas are required to be in compliance with the University's influenza vaccination requirement. All regular, non-temporary positions assigned to this classification are represented by a labor union and subject to the terms and conditions of the US-UNM Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the Evaluation Lab as staff Experience in logic models, interviews, surveys, Excel Experience working with non-profit organizations
