Principal Software Engineer

Design and implement scalable enterprise data solutions. Lead data migration and integration using SQL Server, SSIS, KingswaySoft, ADF, and Databricks. Architect and optimize MDM in Azure SQL, Dynamics 365 Dataverse, Logic Apps, and Data Lake. Develop ETL pipelines, automate data processing, and optimize performance with T-SQL and SSIS. Build BI and reporting solutions with SSRS, Power BI, and Mapforce. Implement data modeling (Star/Snowflake) and dashboards in Power BI and Tableau. Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices across cloud and on-premises environments. Provide technical leadership and mentorship. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and drive best practices. Streamline data workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Requirements
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a software engineer, programmer analyst, data engineer/architect, technical lead, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 6 years in software development, data operations, databases and SQL including SMS, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS and SSAS; 4 years in project and team management, developing data architecture and reporting solutions including visualization, configuration-driven reports for easy modifications and filter management, using Power BI, Tableau and Mapforce; and 3 years in ETL and data integration using KingswaySoft and ADF, Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, integration, and customization, Cloud and automation using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Services, and Databricks.
