This role provides the opportunity to guide a dedicatedteam of 6+ Emergency Medicine Physicians and 2.5 Advanced Practice Providers,ensuring excellence in patient care while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadershipfor the Emergency Medicine team, fostering collaboration and quality care. Oversee the EmergencyDepartment's operations, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices. Maintain a clinical presencewith 12-hour shifts (7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.),offering scheduling flexibility. Deliver emergency medicalcare in an acute care hospital with a 12-bed ED (all private rooms) and 4fast-track beds. Manage an annual patientvolume of 20,579 with an average of 2.1 patients per hour and a 4% admissionrate. Coordinate care withspecialists in anesthesiology, interventional radiology, cardiology, generalsurgery, mobile crisis psych, orthopedics, pediatrics, and wound care. Support the hospital'stransition to a Level 4 Trauma designation (expected 2025/2026).

Board-certified in EmergencyMedicine (ABEM or AOBEM required). Minimum 2 years ofleadership experience in Emergency Medicine. Current PALS, BLS, and ACLScertifications. Strong ability to lead,mentor, and support emergency medicine teams.
