The role
Cambio is looking for a Senior to Lead level Product Manager to lead the development of Cambio's AI-powered decarbonization platform. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record of launching machine learning and data-driven products, who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, AI innovation, and customer value.
This is a high-impact role critical to driving our mission to decarbonize commercial real estate at scale.
What you will be doing AI Product Strategy:
Shape and own the product roadmap for our machine learning and data intelligence capabilities. Translate real-world decarbonization and building management challenges into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable value. Define a long-term product strategy aligned with Cambio's vision, focusing on data intelligence, predictive capabilities, and platform extensibility. Prioritize ruthlessly to balance long-term AI infrastructure bets with near-term product impact. Cross-Functional Execution:
Partner deeply with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and product designers to ship technically complex features. Work collaboratively across customer success, sales, and partnerships to ensure roadmap alignment with customer and market needs. Customer-Centric Product Design:
Engage with customers to deeply understand their pain points and needs. Use this insight to inform product design and development, ensuring that our solutions are not only functional but also delightful to use. Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions. Set and monitor KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. Go-to-Market Execution:
Partner with GTM Teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches that resonate with target customers. Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, managing expectations and providing regular updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners. Qualifications
Experience:
7+ years of product management experience in building web apps, ideally for Saas, B2B. With a mnimum of 2 years experience with machine learning or AI products,
Technical Acumen:
Strong technical background with an understanding of software development, machine learning, and data analytics. Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and make informed technical decisions. Deep understanding of
data platforms ,
machine learning workflows , and
enterprise SaaS
environments.
Customer Focus:
Proven track record of delivering customer-centric products that solve real-world problems. Experience engaging with customers and translating their needs into product features. Leadership:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Experience leading product development in a fast-paced, agile environment. Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical Skills:
Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience using analytics to inform product strategy and measure success. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Team Player : Commitment to the team's success and collaborative working style. Logistics:
