Develops and executes Cleveland State University (CSU) Department of Athletics activities in revenue generation areas such as alumni engagement and fundraising. Focuses on increasing philanthropic support for the Viking Fund annual giving program, sport-specific accounts, and the Athletics departments Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) plan. Supports CSU Athletics' NIL vision while cultivating long-term partnerships essential for sustained success. Develops systems to maximize CSUs resources and brand, creates organizational procedures to optimize NIL-related efficiency, and monitors NCAA compliance related to NIL. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree, preferably in sports management, business administration, communications, or a related field. Four (4) years of experience in NCAA Division I athletics corporate partnership sales, ticket sales, media rights, marketing, and/or fundraising. Experience includes graduate assistant or internship roles. Leadership experience. Ability to travel and work evening and weekend hours as required. Valid drivers license and ability to maintain driver eligibility under CSUs Motor Vehicle Policy. Additional Details
