Systems Administrator
We are looking for a motivated Systems Administrator to join our team in Dublin, Ohio. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong expertise in managing Microsoft systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing end-user support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems. Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft end-user equipment to ensure optimal performance. Manage and troubleshoot Windows operating systems across multiple versions, including Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11. Resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, networking, and software applications. Perform virus and malware removal while maintaining proficiency in anti-virus tools. Provide support for employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain and manage inventory of IT equipment and software. Collaborate with vendors to address hardware and software needs. Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent technical issues. Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in Windows Desktop troubleshooting and support. Proficiency in installing, configuring, and supporting multiple versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems. Strong understanding of network concepts and the ability to troubleshoot related issues. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Active Directory and related technologies. Experience working with tablets, Android, and iOS platforms. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server 2012 R2. Exposure to security information and event management solutions. Ability to work effectively with Citrix and Dell technologies.
