The Noblis Solution Delivery Organization (SDO) develops, plans, and delivers emerging solutions ensuring the highest quality products are produced and implemented across a wide variety of federal government customers. The CyberSecurity Analyst role will be focused on: Analyzing implementation for compliance and risk acceptance criteria. Working with SDO stakeholders to ensure the system security posture and documentation meets all the required controls and standards, including (but not limited to) NIST, RMF, FISMA, and FedRAMP. Advising on new/emerging technologies with an emphasis on security impact. Serving as a technical SME to develop both program-specific guidance as well as overarching solutions. Supporting Security Assessments and ongoing Continuous Monitoring activities including reviewing STIG checklists, assessments, and implementation of security controls. Testing application functionality to ensure quality delivery to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Maintain SDO security documentation to security status of cloud applications. Perform security audit and compliance tasks for authorized applications. Perform functional and security testing of various SDO software products and solutions. Analyze security posture and vulnerabilities in the application architectures. Collaboration with engineering teams to determine functional requirements. Provide guidance to team members performing remediation activities. Perform project management for small projects. Provide occasional support for on-site installations aboard U.S. Navy ships. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline (engineering, mathematics, or computer science) plus 5 or more years of technical experience, or an associate degree and 8 years of technical experience. US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Experience with software cyber security practices. Familiarity with NIST 800-53 and 800-171 controls. Experience supporting the development and production of architectures, organizational charts, security documentation, and operations plans and procedures, to include program Standard Operating Procedures. Desired skills: Experience with both Linux and Windows Operating Systems. Experience testing Software applications. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Proven results-oriented problem-solving abilities. Experience with presentation graphics and/or spreadsheet tools. Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment, demonstrate teamwork and initiative, and function productively in the face of new assignments and the re-prioritization of existing assignments. Active DOD Secret clearance is highly desired. Client Engagement

The CyberSecurity Analyst role will primarily be interfacing with internal Noblis SDO team members; however, engagement with clients will occur during implementation and installations throughout the year.
