Function-

The

E-Commerce Operations

Administrator

will manage and optimize our company websites and key integration end points with outside platforms. They will work to align and transition as required our existing web platforms to our preferred platform of

BigCommerce.

This role requires a strong technical foundation in

E-Commerce administration, integrations, and backend management

but will also be required to work closely with business users to support operational needs. This role, although highly technical, must be able to navigate both as the lead administrator to the various CMS and Ecommerce platforms as well as solutions architect and project manage.

The ideal candidate will have experience in BigCommerce or other commercial E-Commerce platforms. They should be familiar with payment gateways as well integration middleware platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft. Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle EBS, JD Edwards or NetSuite as well as Salesforce is a also plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

BigCommerce Administration - Configure and maintain the BigCommerce platform, including catalog setup, user management, checkout processes, and security settings. Technical Support & Optimization - Ensure platform stability, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements. Systems Integration - Work with developers to manage integrations between BigCommerce, Oracle EBS 12, Salesforce, and third-party systems via Boomi. EDI & Data Management - Support EDI transactions and data synchronization between eCommerce, ERP, and supply chain partners. Collaboration with Business Users - Gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and assist in platform enhancements that align with business goals. Security & Compliance - Maintain data integrity, security protocols, and compliance with industry best practices. Project Management - Must be able to direct and lead projects including management of the project plans, status updates and meeting facilitation. Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). 2-3 years experience in business management of a major CMS or Ecommerce platform Knowledge or expertise in other CMS platforms (Word Press, Nop Commerce, Silver Stripe, ect) Basic Project management skills Mastery of CSS, HTML and other web languages Ability to:

Collaborate with other and work effectively in a team environment Independently solving problems Work independently with minimum supervision while prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines Take initiative to plan and complete assigned work with a high level of accuracy Additional Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong listening, influencing and team building skills. Display a professional image in all situations.

Currently, we have four pail plants located strategically throughout the United States to support our customers. At our Streetsboro facility, we have a metal stamping plant to provide component parts for our pails. Our Youngstown location specializes in manufacturing 1 gallon cans. Our goal is to continuously provide our customers with quality pails through excellent service at an outstanding value. Finally, we make good pails and deliver them on time!
