The Clinical Supervisor plays a key leadership role in substance use and behavioral health treatment programs. Send us your story, resume and qualifications to .What you gain:Relationships with an exceptional team committed to our clients' recoveryRewarding experience in the behavioral and substance abuse fieldOpportunities to train the next generation of therapistsPeace of mind knowing you are benefiting the clients we serve and the community at largeWhat you'll do:Supervise and support counselors, case managers, and peer recovery staffReview and approve clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes)Ensure services follow state regulations, licensing standards, and organizational policiesConduct performance evaluations and coachingHelp train staff on clinical practices, trauma-informed care, and crisis interventionEnsure staff maintain appropriate licensure and continuing educationCoordinate day-to-day clinical operations in the residential facilityHelp design and implement programming (e.g., group therapy, relapse prevention, life skills)Oversee intake/admissions, clinical assessments, and discharge planningEnsure client charts and documentation are timely and compliant with Medicaid, CARF, or state audit requirementsParticipate in program evaluation, audits, and outcome trackingImplement improvements based on client feedback or incident reviews.This role will require some travel between site locations in Stark County.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology Ohio licensure (e.g., LPCC-S, LISW-S, LICDC-CS) with supervisor credentialMinimum 2-4 years' experience in recovery services including a minimum of 2-years' supervisory experience required. Maintains Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and CPR/First Aid training, obtained within first 90 days of employment. Maintain all other certifications and/or licensures are required for position and/or compliance.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Availability for rotating on-call shifts, some evenings and weekends may be required. Quarterly bonuses for licensed positions!Remote/Hybrid options available for counselor roles; based upon facility/department needs, employment experience, and 90-days employment completion.
