Position Overview:
We are looking for a
Power BI Fabric Developer
to design, develop, and support advanced business intelligence solutions. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong business communication skills to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance data workflows and analytics. Key Responsibilities: Power BI Architecture & Development Design and implement complete Power BI solutions including: Data ingestion using Fabric Pipelines and OneLake Semantic model optimization Development of DAX calculations and measures UX-optimized report/dashboard creation
Enforce governance standards, naming conventions, and version control Manage certified datasets, dataflows, and workspace-level security Microsoft Fabric Engineering Build and manage solutions using: Direct Lake, Lakehouses, and OneLake Data Pipelines and Notebooks
Automate and orchestrate data workflows for real-time and batch analytics Power Automate & Workflow Automation Design and maintain Power Automate flows for: Scheduled BI report refreshes Alerts and notifications Integration with third-party APIs and systems Process automation to enhance auditability and efficiency
Data Transformation & Scripting Use Power Query (M language) for: Advanced data shaping and cleaning Report deployment and validation Integration with Azure services and REST APIs
Stakeholder Engagement Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams Create and maintain documentation, technical specifications, and user guides Required Qualifications: Proven experience in Power BI development and architecture Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components Strong scripting and data transformation skills (Power Query/M, DAX, etc.) Solid understanding of Power Automate and process automation Effective communicator with strong documentation practices Education:
Bachelor's degree required
