Software Engineer II Location : Fully remote position. Telecommuting from any location in the U.S. is permitted. Job Type : Full-time
Responsibilities:
Work in a highly dynamic Agile environment having daily stand up meetings, scrums and face-to-face communication. Participate in all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development and deployments. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing high level and low-level design documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts and code comments. Implement and deploy sophisticated business logics and solutions based on requirements of the application using CodeceptJs testing framework with Playwright helper, Angular, Node JS, and PostgreSQL. Develop and maintain automated regression test cases in Visual studio code using Java Script. Develop SQL queries for PostgreSQL Database. Involved in organizing the Defect Triage Meetings with the UAT team to set the priority of the bugs logged. Use Page Object Model, UI Mapping, and Data Driven using Xpath & CSS Selectors as a part of Framework. Use Git hub and Bitbucket to manage the code repository and automate builds. Investigate and resolve reported application issues and perform Unit Tests to verify the fix. Collaborate with other team members and operational teams to understand architecture of the application and create optimum software solutions. Use Report Portal to track and manage all the test reports. Participate in code reviews to ensure that all solutions are aligned with architectural specifications and identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues. Document and maintain functional aspects of the software application as a reference for future maintenance and upgrades.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related field. 3 years' experience as Software Engineer or related occupations in which the required experience is gained. Must be proficient with JAVA/J2EE development, CodeceptJs, Web Services, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript and have experience with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
