Job Description

As a Scrum Master, you'll be a crucial leader in our agile delivery teams, working to drive the incremental delivery of value to our customers. You'll be responsible for facilitating Scrum events, coaching team members, removing roadblocks, and promoting a safe and sustainable work environment. To succeed, you need a deep understanding of agile principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products on time. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to improve our understanding and application of lean and agile principles. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to guide the development of our portfolio of products and services. Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate the agile development process, helping teams evolve their approach and reach their goals. Foster a safe and appreciated environment where team members work sustainably, supporting them through servant leadership. Collaborate with fellow Agilists to ensure the adoption of lean/agile principles and practices. Support product owners with intra-team dynamics regarding priorities and scope. Coach teams to continuously improve using the Scrum framework and lean/agile principles. Facilitate agile events such as daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning. Remove roadblocks and ensure transparency around risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership. Drive iteration execution, communicate with leadership, and protect the team from scope creep. Conduct effective retrospectives with actionable improvements. Maintain team data in project management software (e.g., JIRA) to support estimates and execution. Develop and present high-level project and team metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. At least 5 years of project management experience, including 3 years managing projects in an agile environment. Strong commitment to delivering products on time. Excellent communication skills, including listening, verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills, with experience aligning technical efforts to business outcomes. Deep understanding of agile management practices and metrics (e.g., sprint burndown/burnup, velocity, cycle time).
