Telemedicine/Telehealth Application Specialist
Focuses on planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, analyzing, and providing ongoing optimization and support for telemedicine/telehealth related applications. Essential: standing, stooping/bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting body, finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, and speaking. Continuous: reaching at and below shoulder level, repetitive arm/hand motions. Frequent: sitting, walking, crawling, and reaching above shoulder level. Occasional: climbing stairs, walking on uneven ground, lifting and carrying usual weight of 1 pound up to 5 pounds, gripping of an object. Operates computer, telephone, fax, printer and other business office equipment. Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) healthcare, business, finance, or related field; or four (4) years experience in healthcare or virtual communications may be substituted for the educational requirement. In addition to the educational requirement, minimum four (4) years of experience in Epic Systems (EpicCare Ambulatory, MyChart, Inpatient Clinical Documentation, or similar modules), systems analysis, IT project management, and/or applications support; or three (3) years of experience in Epic Systems, IT project management, applications support and/or systems analysis with a Master's degree. Experience in implementing and/or supporting software solutions in a healthcare organization (i.e., hospital, physician office, health insurance payer). Experience to demonstrate: organizational and leadership skills, business metrics and reporting, compiling and analyzing data. Telehealth preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Vet
