Lead, coach, and grow a tight-knit squad of engineers Translate product vision into clear technical roadmaps, driving execution end-to-end Hold a high bar for code quality, security, and performance, and instill best practices Collaborate across Product, Design, and GTM to prioritize customer impact Remain hands-on by reviewing PRs, debugging prod issues, and prototyping What We're Looking For
5+ years in software development, with 1+ year leading teams Proven track record of shipping software to large enterprise customers Experience contributing to or leading open source projects Deep technical foundation in: Linux Kubernetes & containers At least one major public cloud (e.g. AWS, GCP, or Azure) IP networking & HTTP fundamentals Our Tech Stack
