Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Manager Emergency Services will lead a team of skilled nurses in a fast-paced, dynamic department, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and safety. Daily responsibilities include overseeing clinical operations, managing nursing staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The Nurse Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective policies and procedures, monitoring performance metrics, and leading quality improvement initiatives. The Nurse Manager will also offer mentorship and professional development opportunities for the nursing team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment, and managing budgets and resources efficiently to enhance service delivery.
What's Needed to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing BSN Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New York of ability to obtain Proven leadership experience in an emergency department or similar clinical setting
